South Florida Stangs Sponsorship/Advertising fees are non-refundible. Advertisers have Moderator level permissions within "their" Sponsor Forum. Sponsor Forums are granted under a limited license that is revokable and non-transferable. Sponsor Forums and other advertisments are limited to the length of the Sponsorship and/or Advertising campaign's duration. South Florida Stangs reserves the right to edit, modify and/or remove any advertisements or Sponsor at it's descretion at any time. Illegal or unethical conduct (and/or business practices) are grounds for Sponsorship termination at South Florida Stangs' descretion.
South Florida Stangs provides it's Sponsors with premium internet based advertising space in designated areas and by the following terms and conditions. Sponsors are responsible for the content of their advertisements and/or promotions. Sponsors are expected to maintain their designated Sponsor Forums and/or advertising space. Sponsors are not permitted to alter or change the layout or design of South Florida Stangs web pages without the prior consent of South Florida Stangs' owners. South Florida Stangs does not operate and/or maintain any Sponsors advertisements and/or promotions on the Sponsors behalf. Sponsors, Advertisers, and/or Visitors of South Florida Stangs' are not authorized to use the name, image, likeness or logos of South Florida Stangs, SouthFloridaStangs.net and/or The South Florida Stangs Mustang Club without the prior written consent of the owners of South Florida Stangs. Sponsor logos on SFS Club T-shirts: Shirts are ordered periodically. Placing your logo onto the SFS Club shirts may take 30 or more business days (depending upon availability). The Sponsor provides banner ad artwork, logos and other promotional materials as needed. If the Sponsor does not have artwork, South Florida Stangs can produce high quality custom banner artwork and many other promotional materials at additional cost. Ask the webmaster about artwork and promotional materials options and fees. South Florida Stangs is not responsible for the statements and/or opinions expressed by it's members. The webmaster should be contacted if you have any questions or concerns about site content. Site outtages that might occur for any reason including the temporary or perminant closing of South Florida Stangs will not result in credit or refund of any fees.
